After buying a bed, you can enjoy your sleep habits at home for many nights. If deemed inappropriate within 100 nights, we will refund the full amount and will not charge shipping charges derived from the return or exchange process.

Terms & Conditions
- If you change your mind about the mattress you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price or exchange the size of the mattress for you. You are eligible for refund after 14 days trial period.
- 100 Nights Trial program starts from the date of delivery.
- You should settle the price differences if you exchange for size at a higher price; if you exchange for size at a lower price, you will get a refund on the price differences.
- Refunds or exchanges may not be granted if the returned mattress has been damaged or stained.
- Each receiving address is limited to one refund or change of bed size.
- Our 100-night trial is limited to one time per delivery address. If you have returned or exchanged a mattress before, the 100-night trial will not apply on the second order/ exchanged mattress.
- RETURNMATTRESS, THE CUSTOMER MUST RETURN THE ATTACHED GIFTS, REDEMPTIONS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, COUPONS OR GOODS WITH PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF DESIGNATED GOODS, ETC., IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO RETURN, THE GIFT HAS BEEN USED OR DAMAGED, THE CASH EQUIVALENT OF SUCH GIFTS DETERMINED BY ZEO-SLEEP IS REQUIRED.
