  • You can request for a size exchange or full refund within the first 100 nights after delivery by contacting our CS hotline
  • You are recommended to have at least 14 days trial period which allowing time for real sleep situations.
  • 3Only one size exchange or a full refund is eligible for each address. 
  • You should settle the price differences if you exchange for size at a higher price; if you exchange for size at a lower price, you will get a refund on the price differences.
  • The original mattress should be in good condition without stains or damages. Mattress for exchange must be returned with original packing and our staff reserves the right to judge its eligibility for exchange. 100 Nights Trial will not be applied to mattresses not in good conditions. 
  • We will be responsible for all the transportation cost on mattress return or exchange.

10 Years Warranty

We provide 10 years limited warranty for your Zeo-Sleep.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Mattress dimensions (length, width and thickness) have a ±2cm tolerance due to elastic components. This tolerance is considered normal and not as a defective mattress.
  • In case of product claim, Zeo-Sleep reserves the right of professional inspection of the mattress and final decision on claim validity.
  • Door to door inspection service will be provided in the first year at no cost, while HK$300 service fee would be levied starting from the second year.
  • Warranty does not cover for changes and errors caused by mattress use not in accordance with given instructions and warnings defined in the warranty statement.
  • If you make a valid claim under the guarantee within 10 years from the date of delivery, we will replace yours with a new Zeo-Sleep mattress subject to you paying a percentage of the original purchased mattress price as follows:
Year 1: 10% Year 6: 60%
Year 2: 20%Year 7: 70%
Year 3: 30%Year 8: 80% 
Year 4: 40%Year 9: 90%
Year 5: 50%Year 10: 99%

*Usage less than 1 year will be treated as 1 year.

Warranty does not cover or is not valid when:

  • Mattress that has been stored/ installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
  • Cosmetic flaws, normal wear and tear, body impressions, cuts or scratches, abnormal bending, damage caused by impacts or accidents.
  • Damages caused by external factors such as exposure to the sun, dampness, dust or mites etc.
  • Personal comfort preferences such as firmness, texture and feel, etc.
  • Odor (some of the materials used int he mattress have a natural odor).

Take Care of Your Zeopedic

1. "Let your mattress breathe": New products may remain odor of material, open the packaging within 24 hours after receiving your mattress, and let your mattress air out in a well0ventilated room for 24-48 hours before sleeping on it. Avoid putting bed sheets and blankets on top of mattress for a long period that prevents proper ventilation.

2. "Keep your mattress clean": We recommend you to use mattress encasement to protect your bed from dust, mites, allergen, and accidental spills. If fluids do soak through, use a dry towel to remove excess moisture and a damp cloth to wipe away any stains, then leave the mattress to air. Do not use any chemicals to clean.

3. "Protect your new mattress": Don't put the mattress under the direct sunlight since it may affect the durability. Mattress is not washable (both machine wash and dry clean), and should turn it top to tail every 6 months so as to ensure it even wear.

4. "Inspect your old base": If you are putting your mattress on an old base, please ensure the base doesn't have weak spots from the contours of the previous mattress which could damage the new mattress in the same places.

Verify all memory foam and foam are made without substances that harm the Ozone layer or other potentially harmful materials to ensure your health and safety.

  • If pillows sag more than 2 cm or above and unable to resile, you will be eligible for warranty.
  • In case of product claim, Zeo-Sleep reserves the right of professional inspection of the product and final decision on claim validity.
  • Warranty does not cover for changes and errors caused by mattress use not in accordance with given instructions and warnings defined in the warranty statement.
  • If you make a valid claim under the guarantee within 1 year from the date of delivery, we will replace you with a new Zillow.

  • Pillows have been stored incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
  • Cosmetic flaws, normal wear and tear, body impressions, cuts or scratches, abnormal bending, damage caused by impacts or accidents.
  • Damages caused by external factors such as exposure to direct sunlight dampness, dust or mites, etc.
